AutoCaller systems ACS−4 and ACS−8 provide automated notification of customers via phone lines.

User can create unlimited number of customers' lists to be called, define messages, start and end time, etc. The number of customers in these calling lists is also unlimited. It's possible to import data from external clients' database and designate a scenario for the whole list or for each called customer. The message for each called person can be a simple one or complex. For example, it’s possible to voice the actual debt to each customer.

Auto Caller System monitors actual customer responses. If the called number is busy or call is not answered, the system will call again (after the predefined time) until the called person responds or number of retries is exhausted. The system will try to call all the listed numbers for the customer, one by one. It is possible for customer to leave a message or require him to enter password to make sure that call was answered by a human person. All notification data are logged and stored on a PC HDD.

The AutoCaller System is the hardware device LineR-4 or LineR-8 connected via USB to PC and the software installed on that PC. You can connect up to 32 devices to PC to get up to 256 phone lines in use.

*** -- It's possible to unify up to 32 LineR-4 or LineR-8 adaptors connected to one PC. If you use more than 4 devices, please connect them to the USB-hub which has an external power supply.
